Insurance Accepted:

Dr. Eads has no relationship with insurances, including Medicare and Medicaid. She wants to work for you directly.

Driving Directions:

The office is located on the west side of 8th Street between the Norris Penrose equestrian field and Perfect Teeth, across the street from Daniels Chevrolet, in the American Red Cross building. Enter at the Perfect Teeth sign on 8th Street. Parking is available on the west side of the building. Come in the ground floor entrance through the double glass doors, and head toward the windows in front of you. You will find a vending machine on your right, and my office on the left; Suite 102, with a greenery swag over the door. Please have a seat if my doorknob sign indicates I am with a patient when you stop by. I'll be with you as soon as I can!
