We administer the following vaccines:

• MMR (measles/mumps/rubella)
• Pneumovax (adult bacterial pneumonia)
• Tdap (adult tetanus/diptheria/acellular pertussis)
• Varivax (chickenpox)

For injections (Depo Provera, e.g.), you will be given a prescription to get your medication at your pharmacy, and you may then bring in your medication for Dr. Eads to administer.  Please call her to schedule these.
